Yes, our tofu is best enjoyed shortly after purchase. While it undergoes a lead time of several days before reaching customers' homes, we recommend consuming it as fresh as possible for the best taste and texture. Keep in mind that factors like hygiene, distribution, transportation, and display conditions during this period can impact the overall freshness and quality.
